reflection 24/02/16

Reflection 

Today I was collaborative in my learning in inexperience because I was trying someone else to share my information for enegery. I was collaborative in my learning by finishing my I of inspiration by working with my friends in the morning I managed to finish and colour in everything. I think that I should work harder when it comes to colouring in because I don't shade I don't do solid and to be honest I don't think it's even properly coloured I need to work on my colouring pencil skills and how to properly Shade and how to lighten and darken and solid my colours. I want to improve my colouring skills and work more independent when it come to working and writing on some work.

Today me and Jessica have finished our iexplore presentation a both Chinese New Year and I also learned a few Chinese words for example (pronounced words) shing-yen-quay-la I also helped my inactive leader as her co partner Samantha was sick so I helped her and kimba Jo. I also helped my friend Ashmira make lanterns using coloured paper we used our Ibreak to make it so we had no play but usually we don't play at all we just talk or eat for the whole entire Ibreak it's not weird to not play and eat and talk the whole Ibreak mostly we usually do this for most of the week we never stop and play unless it's a really sunny or windy day.

So what is
Today I learnt and started my Chinese New Year I explore presentation I learnt the story about how the zodiac signs came to be and how what different foods are used on Chinese New Year. 1st was the rat which cheated and pushed the cat off the dragon while getting to the other side of the river. 2nd was ox because he was most focussed to the race. 3rd was the tiger, tiger was fast and strong so he swam across quickly. 4th was rabbit, rabbit was hopping on the stones on the lake. 5th was dragon, dragon was saving a village from a fire but still made it and flyed over the finish line. 6th was snake because snake was travelling on horses hoof just by the finish snake hopped off and horse was startled snake quickly leapt to the finish with a placing of 6th followed by horse which was 7th. Sheep monkey and rooster were helping each other and they traveled on a raft sheep came 8th monkey came 9th and rooster was 10th dog was busy swimming in the water and when he got back on track he was 11th pig was lazy and fat so he was sleeping when he woke up that's when he finished the race. Poor cat was still swimming on the water drowning. That is why cats hate rats.
Now what?
Now I would like, to learn more Chinese story's and legends and write them into my presentation of Chinese New Year.

Reflection

Something I need to work on is less chatting and focussing more, this is because I need time when this happens to Finnish my work, even though I work perfectly fine (to me) I still need to try and work on less chatting to my friends. 

Something I did well on is still completing my work in the week but I still need a few adjustments to not talk to my friends and focus on my work. I got something finish which was my identity grid and here it is...
I made my name because I Love ME!!!
I made my sister because she is the most CUTEST CHUBBY (Toddler) baby in MY house!
I made my laptop and the letters SSO because I like playing Starstable online on my computer.
I made noodles, Nutella and a wrap because they are some of my favourite foods.
I made a panda, crane, monkey, snake, tiger, and red panda because they are some of the characters in Kung Fu Panda and I love Kung fu panda 2!
I made my ipad, headphones and my phone because they are some of my everyday use devices.
I drew a dragon (from Pokemon :D) Because DRAGONS ARE SO COOL!!!
And finally I made a pokeball from Pokemon because I love to capture all pokemons and become a POKEMON MASTER and of course the game is awesome!!

On Thursday December the 3rd it was my birthday as I came to school I was drowned in a pool of girls hugging me. Yup it's my birthday I was 11 finally not a tiny person anymore!!! I had got a early birthday present so I guess I was happy my mom baked me a continental cheesecake and she also had bring a cake from work and also in the weekends my dad bought a cake. My birthday present was 3000star coins on starstable star coins are very value able when you start the game you only get 200 if you become star rider (not including starrider weekends) you will get 100 star coins every Saturday. Tip : Star coins are currency star rider is membership. On my birthday I bought 2 horses 1st is a American quarter horse named Dark knight the 2nd is a Morgan horse named Summer star me Jessica and johanna we all have Morgan's! Named after star Jessica has sky star, johanna has night star, and I have summer star.

Biomes & 7 Wonders of the world

On Friday we had a Google expedition on google cardboard we visited these biomes, tundra, tiger, tropical forest, rainforest and desert. On our second expedition we saw the 7 wonders of the world the, Taj Mahal, the Great Wall of china and statue of Jesus at rio were 3 of them. I thought this expedition was really cool because it was like hovering in a helicopter but with a 360 view. My eyes started to kinda hurt after awhile because the phone was too bright. My favorite was was the statue of Jesus because you saw above the clouds and the sunset was so awesome. I thought the Taj Mahal kinda looked like a temple until I saw the radish shaped thing at the top.

Learning Observed and Vision Principles

In the second half of Term 4, all of the OrmPS learners have been participating in Trash to Flash - turning old used items into something new and usable. All of the LH1 learners began this journey by spending time looking on the LH1 Pinterest account. Everyone selected a category that they were the most interested in. Ashmira, Jessica, Johanna and Divya all selected Girls Fashion. They were curious about making an infinity scarf out of old t-shirts. However, before they could make this, they had to go through a test run with the Design Thinking Process. As a group, all of the Girl’s Fashion and Pets & Animals learners made ladybug fridge magnets. The girls then took the template we used as a larger group and the personalised it to their infinity scarf creation, demonstrating their capability with understanding the design process. Collaboratively, they shared this template and filled it in on Google Slides.

Next Learning Steps
